Town Board Minutes March 25, 2019 MINUTES Special Meeting Town Council Meeting, Town of Massena Date/Time: Monday, March 25, 2019 at 4:00 PM Location: Massena Hospital Board Room Attendance: MEMBER PRESENT ABSENT Supervisor Steve O’Shaughnessy X Councilman Albert Nicola X Councilman Thomas Miller X Councilman Samuel Carbone, Jr. X Councilwoman Melanie Cunningham X (The Town Council members attended as invited guests of the Massena Board of Managers.) Others present: Massena Memorial Hospital Board of Managers. Town Attorney, Eric Gustafson. Call to Order: The MMH Board of Managers Chair, Loretta Perez, called their meeting to order. Discussion/Presentations; The Massena Memorial Hospital Board of Managers conducted their regular meeting. Executive Session: Nicola motioned, seconded by Carbone to conduct an Executive Session at 6:15 PM to discuss the financial, credit or employment history of a particular corporation or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular corporation. The motion carried. The Town Board returned to Open Session at 6:50 PM. Adjournment: The Board adjourned the meeting at 6:50 PM by unanimous consent. Respectfully Submitted, Pamela A.
