Planning Commission Subcommittee Meeting

Agenda Maumelle Planning Commission Subcommittee Meeting December 13 , 2018; 5:30 pm; City Hall The applicants are as follows: 1) Request for amendment to the Maumelle Master Land Use Plan. The applicant proposes a land use designation change from “OS” (open space) to “SUR” (special use residential) for the subject property.  Central Arkansas Water, applicant 2) Request for amendment to the Maumelle Master Zoning Map. The applicant proposes a zoning district change from “OS” (open space) to “PRD” (planned residential district) for the subject property.  Central Arkansas Water, applicant Items one and two pertain to approximately 4.06 acres located at 100 Club Manor (Maumelle Country Club).
