Davis and I am a happily married Maumelle resident of 5 years. When I moved out of my parent’s home as a young college student, I decided to make Maumelle my home. Growing up a military dependent I can honestly say this has been one of the greatest cities I have ever lived in. I can relate to the diverse, professional, friendly, sophisticated environment so there is no doubt this city makes me feel right at home. To give you additional background on me, I am a registered dental assistant. I also competed in beauty pageants since I was two years old and I came in 2nd place for my first pageant at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, TX. Over the years I have held over nine titles to included Mrs. Maumelle for Mrs. Arkansas America which I placed in the top 10 last year. I have also competed in body building competition. I started competitive dance at the age of 12. I won several competitions and traveled extensively. I have been the captain and/or dancer for high school and for semi pro arena football teams, particularly the Arkansas Twisters and Arkansas Diamonds. I have always aspired to reach new goals, so I tried out for a few pro football teams, but it is hard to overcome a height challenge when you are only 4’10”. I have a stutter but could not find local resources for adults so I founded the National Stuttering Association (NSA) Maumelle Chapter and was promoted to the Board as the Regional Chapter Coordinator over a four-state region including Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, and Missouri for the NSA. I also implemented and directed the annual fundraiser pageant for the organization. Although I wear many hats, I have had a passion for capturing the beauty in others since I was 9 years old. My mom recognized my artistic talent and purchased my first camera. Over the years I have honed my craft, taking professional courses and started my first business in 2011 Royal Photography. I rebranded it after I was married to Mrs. Davis Portraits. Over the years I have captured headshots for pageant queens, professional businesspersons to include pastors, realtors, and CEO’s. I have even had the pleasure of capturing family photos, beloved pets, large political fundraisers, birthdays for all ages, anniversaries for couples and churches as well other special events. In doing weddings many of the brides wanted boudoirs for their mate. I noticed many women and men loved the boudoirs for a variety of reasons. I have learned a lot over the years and have come to the decision that I will now expand my photography business incorporating all my talents and offering something new to the city of Maumelle. With my photography business I will focus on boudoirs and head shots. Because I have experienced more business ideas over the years, I thought I would bring them all together to create the 1st one and only luxurious intimacy health spa boudoir studio. This luxurious health spa provides many options to improve the intimacy health of the people of Maumelle and central Arkansas. We provide healthy herbal spa services for men and women catering to their intimate health through lingam and yoni steam services with wine services limited to 2 glasses per patron over the age of 21 proven with proper ID. We have separate gender specific steaming areas and offer private steaming sessions for couples or individuals. Both claim health benefits and have been used for hundreds of years. Our professional yet personal boudoir photo sessions tastefully capture individual beauty and class, building self-esteem. Our merchandise includes intimate clothing apparel not including but not limited to lingerie, robes, jewelry/accessories, candles, novelties, toys, and corsets. I am also certified as a life coach specializing in intimate health, relationships and overcoming traumatic experiences related to same. This unique adult health spa is very upper-class and different from any other strictly adult facility. We would only appeal to working professionals and those of respectable character. We do not sell dvds or have any viewing of sexual activity or displays of nudity. You would not be able to discern what the establishment entailed from passing by or peering through the window. You would have to physically be inside of the store and asked questions. Access to the store is limited to adults only unless it is a headshot for a child, normally instances of pageants. Since our merchandise and store are respectable and discreet, there is nothing displayed a child would not normally see something similar at Walmart. I was raised conservative and attended private Christian school many of my primary years. Being discreet, self-respecting, and considerate of others are part of the foundation on which I was brought up. We at the Pink Door believe that intimacy is a gift from God for adults, which is just as important as any other aspect of our health and contributes significantly to all aspects of a healthy body, mind, and life. The services we provide are unique and personable. You are not able to go into any other adult facility and receive these professional services. We are not limited to selling products to be used in intimate activities. There will no longer be a need for consenting adults to leave our city and spend money elsewhere when we have a sophisticated and much classier, option right here at home. We cater to the total person and their intimate health concerns. Cupids and Adam & Eve are limited to products and indulgence to increase profit. People interested in just those types of services will continue to go online or shop at those stores, they would not be interested in our professional establishment so there is no risk of a negative type of traffic. I hope you can see we offer a unique opportunity for the city and its citizens. I love Maumelle and enjoy the comfort, class, professionalism this city provides. I would not dream of jeopardizing our reputation with anything less than the best. I knew there would be no other city in the state more suited for such a classy, high scale intimate health establishment. Davis, Owner The Pink Door  BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAUMELLE, COUNTY OF PULASKI, STATE OF ARKANSAS, AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED: ORDINANCE NO. 10__ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF THE MAUMELLE CITY CODE TO PERMIT LOCAL STREETS TO BE PAVED TO A MAXIMUM OF 27 FEET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS, certain sections of the Maumelle City Code are currently written to permit paved width of streets classified as local streets to be no more than 24 feet; and WHEREAS, state fire codes and other guidelines recommend a paved width of 27 feet for maximum safety and access during emergencies; and WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Maumelle believe it to be in the interests of the citizens of Maumelle to permit streets classified as local or residential streets to have a maximum paved width of 27 feet; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAUMELLE, ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 54 of the Maumelle City Code, Planning; Article IV, Master Street Plan; Section 54-105, Functional classification; item VI is hereby amended as follows: VI Local Provide access to Urban 50 Danube; 25 Streets and through feet/24 27 Norfork; mph residential feet Waterside; subdivisions Estate 60 and all other residential streets feet/20 which are not otherwise identified feet to 24 27 herein or by amendment or feet paved construction as a collector standard or above SECTION 2. Chapter 54 of the Maumelle City Code, Planning; Article IV, Master Street Plan; Section 54-106- Right-of-way and geometric design standards, paragraph (c), subparagraph (6.a.6), shall be amended as follows: 6. Pavement width. Shall be based upon size and density of development, internal circulation plans or development, forecasted traffic volume and safety considerations. However, in no case shall the paved width be less than 20 ft., nor greater than 24 27 feet. SECTION 3. (Do not codify). Codification. It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Maumelle that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City Code of the City of Maumelle, Arkansas. SECTION 4. (Do not codify). Repealer. All other ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. SECTION 5. (Do not codify). Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other portion of this ordinance is found to be unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative by a court of competent jurisdiction, such findings shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these sections, nor shall any proceeding invalidating any portion of any section operate to affect any portion of the remainder of said sections not specifically attacked in said proceeding.
