COMMON COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES June 28, 2024 at 10:30 AM 303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI 1. Call to Order/Roll Call-The Mauston Common Council met in a special session on Friday, June 28, 2024. Mayor Darryl Teske called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. Members present were Donna McGinley, Courtney Ferguson, Barb Hoilien Jim Allaby, Rick Noe, and Leanna Hagen (by phone). Absent was Mary Bender. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, Public Works Director Rob Nelson, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy. 2. Pledge of Allegiance -Mayor Teske led the pledge. 3. Resolution Authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $7,198,734 sewerage system Revenue Bonds, Series 2024, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $9,298,738 financial assistance agreement- Motion made by Noe, Seconded by McGinley to approve Resolution Authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $7,198,734 sewerage system Revenue Bonds, Series 2024, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $9,298,738 financial assistance agreement. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. 4. Adjourn- Motion made by McGinley, Seconded by Noe to adjourn. Motion carried.
