MINUTES
July 23, 2024 at 6:20 PM
303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI
1. Call to Order/Roll Call- The Finance and Purchasing Committee held its regular session meeting
on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. Rick Noe called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm. Members present
were Courtney Ferguson, Barb Hoilien, and Rick Noe. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, City
Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy.
2. Minutes- The motion was made by Ferguson and seconded by Hoilien to approve the July 9, 2024
minutes. Motion carried.
3. Vouchers- The motion was made by Hoilien and seconded by Ferguson. to approve the vouchers
for $132,326.24. Motion carried.
4. Vierbicher Master Plan proposal for TIDs and Affordable Housing Fund- The motion was
made by Ferguson and seconded by Hoilien to approve Vierbicher's Master Plan. Motion carried.
5. Adjourn- The motion was made by Hoilien and seconded by Ferguson to adjourn. Motion carried
and the meeting adjourned at 6:29 pm.
