MINUTES
November 26, 2024 at 6:20 PM

1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Finance and Purchasing Committee held its regular session meeting
on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Rick Noe called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm. Members
present were Barb Hoilien, Courtney Ferguson, and Rick Noe. Mayor Darryl Teske, and Deputy
Clerk Nicole Lyddy were also present.
2. Minutes: Motion made by Hoilien, seconded by Ferguson to approve the November 12, 2024
minutes. Motion carried.
3. Vouchers: Motion made by Ferguson, seconded by Hoilien to recommend to the council to
approve the vouchers of $1,594,216.62. Motion carried.
4. Change Order: Motion made by Noe, seconded by Ferguson to recommend to the Council to
approve the Change Order from Midwest Fire for the Fire Tanker of $2,849. Motion carried.
5. Brush Truck: Motion made by Noe, seconded by Ferguson to recommend to the Council to
approve the quote from Kudick for the 2025 3500HD Chevy Silverado Crew Chassis Cab of
$51,388 plus fees for the Fire Department Brush Truck. Motion carried.
6. Adjourn: Motion made by Ferguson, seconded by Noe to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:27 pm.
