MINUTES
May 13, 2025 at 6:20 PM

1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Finance and Purchasing Committee meeting was called to order on
Tuesday, May 13, 2025, by member Courtney Ray at 6:20 p.m. Attending members were Rick
Noe, Barb Hoilien, and Courtney Ray. Mayor Darryl Teske, Administrator Daron Haugh, and
Accounting Assistant Sadia Ravenscroft were also present.
2. Minutes: Motion made by Noe, seconded by Hoilien, to approve minutes of April 22, 2025. Motion
carried.
3. Vouchers: Motion made by Hoilien, seconded by Noe, to recommend council approval of the
vouchers of $1,681,279.37. Motion carried.
4. Thermal Imager Purchase (2): Motion made by Noe, seconded by Hoilien to recommend council
approve the purchase of two Thermal Imagers for total of $16,342, plus shipping. Motion carried.
5. Staff Report: Nothing to report.
6. Adjourn: Motion made by Hoilien, seconded by Ray, to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:23 p.m.
