FINANCE AND PURCHASING COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
March 10, 2026 at 6:25 PM
303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI
1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Finance and Purchasing Committee meeting was called to order on
March 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Casey Radcliff. Members present were Barb Hoilien, Vivian
Gabower, and Casey Radcliff. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, City Administrator Daron
Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Carole Wolff.
2. Minutes: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Gabower, to approve the minutes from February 24,
2026. Motion carried by voice vote.
3. Vouchers: Motion by Radcliff, seconded by Hoilien, to recommend Council approval of vouchers in
the amount of $264,651.04. Motion carried by voice vote.
4. Pay App #6: Motion by Radcliff, seconded by Hoilien, to recommend Council approval of Pay App
#6 to Market & Johnson, Inc., in the amount of $401,924.42. Motion carried by voice vote.
5. Adjourn: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Gabower, to adjourn. Motion carried by voice vote.
