1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Joint Review Board met on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in the
Council Chambers of Mauston City Hall. City Administrator Daron Haugh called the meeting to
order at 10:00 a.m. Present were Juneau County representative Denise Giebel, Member at Large
Leonard Kluge, and City Administrator Daron Haugh. Appeared by phone were Western Technical
College representative Christina Heit, Mauston School District representative Sue Goyette, and
Josh Low from Ehlers.
2. Minutes: Motion by Giebel, seconded by Kluge, to approve the minutes of September 11, 2025.
Motion carried by voice vote.
3. Review the Public Record, Planning Documents, and the Resolutions Passed by the Plan
Commission and Common Council: Documents were reviewed and there were no questions.
4. Resolution Approving the Creation of Tax Incremental District No 6: Motion by Kluge,
seconded by Goyette, to approve TID 6. Motion carried by voice vote.
5. Adjourn: Motion by Giebel, seconded by Kluge to adjourn. Motion carried by voice vote. Meeting
adjourned at 10:04 a.m.
