COMMITTEE AGENDA MINUTES

1. Call to Order/Roll Call- The Personnel Committee of the Mauston Common Council met on
Tuesday, June 11, 2024, in the Council Chambers of Mauston City Hall. Chair Rick Noe called the
meeting to order at 6:05 pm. Members present were Jim Allaby and Rick Noe. Absent was Leanna
Hagen. Also present were the Mayor Darryl Teske, City Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy
Clerk Nicole Lyddy.
2. Minutes- Motion made by Allaby, Seconded by Noe to approve minutes of February 27,
2024. Motion carried.
3. Accounting Assistant job description- Motion made by Allaby, Seconded by Noe to recommend
to the council to approve the job description of the Accounting Assistant. Motion carried.
4. Social Media Policy- This item was tabled.
5. Internal Employee Transition- Motion made by Allaby, Seconded by Noe to recommend the
council approve the Internal Employee Transition to the Utility Department but to wait until the city
mechanic's position is filled.
6. Adjourn- Motion made by Noe, Seconded by Allaby to adjourn. The motion was carried. The
meeting was adjourned at 6:09 pm.
