PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MINUTES February 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM 303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI 1. Call to Order/Roll Call-The Personnel Committee of the Mauston Common Council met on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in the Council Chambers of Mauston City Hall. Chair Rick Noe called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members present were, Darryl Teske, Leanna Hagen, and Rick Noe. Also present were the Mayor Dennis Nielsen, City Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy. 2. Minutes-. Motion made by Teske, Seconded by Hagento approved minutes of January 23, 2024. Motion carried. 3. Performance evaluation form-.Discussion ensued and it was decided to continue this discussion after the council meeting. Personal Committee went into recess at 6:18 pm. The meeting resumed at 6:50 pm. A revised administrator's evaluation form was drafted to be approved at the next council meeting. 4. New Hire Wage Step Request- Motion made by Hagen, Seconded by Noe to recommend to the council to approve the new hire wage request for Mercedes Ravenscroft to start at step #10 at $20.60 per hour with a one-step increase in six months. Motion carried. 5. Adjourn- Motion made by Hagen, Seconded by Teske to adjourn. Motion carried.
