Public Hearing: Discussion and action on BA #206, requesting a Variance for the following described location: The East-half of Lot 2, Block 220, in the City of McAlester, formerly known as South McAlester, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma; Addressed 210 W Monroe Avenue; Current Zoning is R-1B, Single-Family Residential District; Proposed Variance is Section 62-256(d) Area Regulations for (5) Front yard setback where there "will be no less than 25 feet from the street right-of-way line."
