The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by North Collin Co. Habitat for Humanity for a Variance to the Minimum Front and Rear Yard Setbacks for the Property Located at 1107 Fitzhugh Street A motion was made by Shepard, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by North Collin Habitat for Humanity for a Variance to the Minimum Front and Rear Yard Setbacks for the Property Located at 1208 Standifer Street.
