The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by North Collin Habitat for Humanity for a Variance to the Minimum Side Yard at Corner Setback for the Property Located at 401 Lively Hill A motion was made by Cobbel, seconded by Mott,that this Agenda Item be Denied . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Dustin Dellinger, Starline Custom Homes, for a Variance to the Minimum Front and Rear Yard Setbacks for the Property Located at 1418 N. College Street A motion was made by Jacoby, seconded by Cobbel,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
