Minutes of the Board of Adjustment Regular Meeting of May 1, 2014 A motion was made by Davison, seconded by Cobbel,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Ron Lustig and Jason Rose for a Variance to the Minimum Front Yard Setback and the Minimum Side Yard at Corner Setback for the Property Located at 402 Rice Street A motion was made by Jacoby, seconded by Cobbel,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Jason Rose for a Variance to the Minimum Front Yard Setback at Corner Setback for the Property Located at 510 S. Tennessee Street. A motion was made by Davison, seconded by Jacoby,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Peggy Snyder for a Variance to the Minimum Front and Yard Setbacks and the Minimum Side Yard Setback for the Property Located at 609 N. Wood Street A motion was made by Jacoby, seconded by Shepard,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
