The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Sunflower Homes, LLC for a Variance to the Minimum Side Yard and the Minimum Side Yard at Corner Setbacks for the Property Located at 717 Rike Street A motion was made by Cloutier, seconded by Petkovsek,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
