Minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting of July 26, 2017 A motion was made by Taylor, seconded by Wilder,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Travis Hill for a 11’ Variance from the Minimum Rear Setback of 15’ to Build an Attached Open Patio for the Property Located at 2651 Orchid Drive, McKinney, Texas A motion was made by Davison, seconded by Petkovsek,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the following vote.
