Consider/Discuss/Act on a Facility Agreement to Reduce Parkland Fees for the McKinney Millennium Tract Located on the East Side of McKinney Ranch Parkway and at the Terminus of Silverado Trail A motion was made by Council member Day, seconded by Council member Harris,that this Agenda Item be Failed due to lack of 4 affirmative votes . The motion failed by the following vote.
