Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Real Estate Contract with Brinkmann Ranches of Collin County, LP for the Purchase of a Tract of Land (Tract 3) to be Utilized for Fire Station # 9 to be Located in the Area of Lake Forest Drive and Summit View Drive A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Real Estate Contract with South 720, LP for the Purchase of Two Tracts of Land (Tracts 1 and 2) to be Utilized for Fire Station # 9 to be Located in the Area of Lake Forest Drive and Summit View Drive A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Contract with The Goodman Corporation for Transportation Consulting Services A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member Branch,that this Resolution be Approved .
