A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Branch,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development
District and “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District to “C2” - Local
Commercial District and “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District,
Located on the Northeast Corner of U.S. Highway 380 (University
Drive) and Hardin Boulevard, and Accompanying Ordinance
A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member
Day,that this Ordinance be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried by
the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from “AG” - Agricultural District to “SF5” -
Single Family Residence District, Located Approximately 1,500 Feet
North of Virginia Parkway and Approximately 1,260 Feet East of Lake
Forest Drive, and Accompanying Ordinance

Property from “AG” - Agricultural District to “SF5” - Single Family Residence District, Located
Approximately 1,500 Feet North of Virginia Parkway and Approximately 1,260 Feet East of
Lake Forest Drive, and Accompanying Ordinance
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the

A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member
Rogers,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Right-of-Way
Vacation for the Southern Portion of the Old Alignment of F.M. 543
(Crump Drive), Located at the Northwest Corner of U.S. Highway 75
(Central Expressway) and Laud Howell Parkway, and Accompanying
Ordinance (WITHDRAWN)
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Selection of
a Location for the First City-Sponsored Public Art Mural
A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member
Branch,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the
following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request by the City of McKinney to Modify
Section 138-418 (Definitions) of the Code of Ordinances
A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member
Pogue,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year
2015-2016 Annual Budget to Provide Funds for Two Part-Time
Parking Enforcement Officers and Equipment Under the Direction of
the McKinney City Marshal
A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Day,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
