Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving the 2016-2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan for a Multi-Family Development (The Kinstead), Located on the Northeast Corner of McKinney Place Drive and State Highway 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the following vote. A motion was made by Council member Branch, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Agenda Item be Approved Denial . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan for CRWC Type IV Landfill, Located Approximately 2,000 Feet East of Farm to Market 1827 and on the South Side of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the following vote. The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan for Additional Tennis Courts, Modifying the Center Court and Adding Parking (Gabe Nesbitt Community Park), Located Approximately 1,400 Feet South of Eldorado Parkway and on the East Side of Alma Road A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member CITY OF McKINNEY, TEXAS Page 3 City Council Regular Meeting Minutes - Final August 1, 2016 Rogers,that this Agenda Item be Approved . Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Specific Use Permit Request for a Private Club (Big Tony’s Pizza Tavern), Located at 1705 West University Drive, and Accompanying Ordinance A motion was made by Council member Branch, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on Fiscal Year 2016-17 Proposed Tax Rate, Take Record Vote and Set Public Hearing and Adoption Dates A motion was made by Council member Rogers, seconded by Council member Rath,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
