A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Day,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion
carried by the following vote.
Conduct First Public Hearing on the Budget Appropriation Ordinance
for FY 2016-17
A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Branch,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion
carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development
District to “PD” - Planned Development District, Generally to Modify the
Development Standards, Generally Located Approximately 445 Feet
North of Wilmeth Road, on the East Side of Hardin Boulevard, and
South of County Road 164 (Future Bloomdale Road), and
Accompanying Ordinance
