Consider/Discuss/Act on Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Development Agreement for a Downtown Parking Garage A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Day,that this Resolution be Approved . Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from “RS 60” - Single Family Residence District to “LI” - Light Industrial District, Located at 717 Tower Lane, and Accompanying Ordinance A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Branch,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan for a Multi-Family Development (The Kinstead), Located on the Northeast Corner of McKinney Place Drive and State Highway 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery,that this Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the following vote. A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member Rogers,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution of the City Council of the City of McKinney, Texas, Relating To the “McKinney Economic Development Corporation Sales Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds, Taxable Series 2016” Approving (I) the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the McKinney Economic Development Corporation Authorizing the Issuance of Such Bonds and (Ii) Relating To the Deposit of the Gross Sales Tax Revenues; Resolving Other Matters Incident and Related To the Issuance of Such Bonds; and Providing an Effective Date A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Resolution be Approved .
