Participate in Execution of Special Warranty Deed for Property Being Lot

Planning (ERP) RFP Specifications Development, Distribution,
Evaluation and Award of an ERP Application Vendor and Authorizes all
Necessary Change Orders Under Said Contract to an Aggregated
Contract Amount Not to Exceed $97,980
A motion was made by Council member Branch, seconded by Council member
Elliott,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year
2017-2018 Annual Budget and the 2018 - 2022 Capital Improvement
Program to Provide Funding for the Airport Land Acquisition Project
(AI1801)
A motion was made by Council member Rogers, seconded by Council member
Rath,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Supporting Independent Bank’s
Development of a Federally Qualified Health Center
A motion was made by Council member Philips, seconded by Council member
Elliott,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following
