Branch,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the

Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Supporting the North Texas
Municipal Water District’s Application to the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality for the Sister Grove Sanitary Treatment Facility
and Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Memorandum of
Understanding with the North Texas Municipal Water District Regarding
the Facility
A motion was made by Council member Rogers, seconded by Council member
Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from "PD" - Planned Development District
to "SF7.2” - Single Family Residential District, Located Approximately
975 Feet South of Gray Branch Road and on the East Side of Ridge
Road, and Accompanying Ordinance
A motion was made by Council member Rogers, seconded by Council member
Shemwell,that this Ordinance be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The
motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property
from "PD" - Planned Development District to "SF7.2” - Single Family Residential District,
Located Approximately 975 Feet South of Gray Branch Road and on the East Side of Ridge

Testing Services on the Pearson Avenue and Related Drainage
