Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 City Council Special Meeting City Council Special Meeting Minutes - Final November 20, 2015 CALL TO ORDER Consider/Discuss/Act on Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Terminate the Interlocal Agreement with Texoma Area Paratransit System Dated Effective May 7, 2013 (and Extended Month-To-Month on May 28, 2015) According to the Termination Provisions of said Agreement A motion was made by Rath, seconded by Branch,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute an Amended Contract with The Goodman Corporation for Transportation Consulting Services within the McKinney Urbanized Area (MUZA) A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Enter into an Agreement for Transportation Services within the City of McKinney A motion was made by Mayor Loughmiller, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution for the City of McKinney to Pursue Direct Recipient Status with the Federal Transit Administration and the Texas Department of Transportation A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Pursue Transit Partnerships with Other Governmental Entities within the McKinney Urbanized Area (MUZA) A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Branch,that this Resolution be Approved .
