Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 City Council Special Meeting City Council Special Meeting Minutes - Final December 21, 2015 CALL TO ORDER Consider the Qualifications of Two Firms Submitted in Response to the City of McKinney’s Request for Qualifications (16-45RFQ) from Executive Search Firms for the Recruitment of a City Manager A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Agenda Item be Approved to the City Council Special Meeting, due back on 12/22/2015. The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution for Selection and Engagement of an Executive Search Firm for City Manager Search A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Resolution be Tabled to Another Meeting to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 1/19/2016. The motion carried by the following vote. WORK SESSION ITEMS Discuss/Direction Regarding City Council Chamber Signage Under Penal Code Section 30.06 (Trespass by Holder of a License to Carry a Concealed Handgun) and Penal Code Section 30.07 (Trespass by License Holder with an Openly Carried Handgun) EXECUTIVE SESSION In Accordance with the Texas Government Code: A.
