Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 City Council Special Meeting City Council Special Meeting Minutes - Final January 25, 2016 CALL TO ORDER Consider the Qualifications of Submitted Responses to the City of McKinney’s Request for Qualifications (16-45RFQ) from Executive Search Firms for the Recruitment of a City Manager Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution for Selection and Engagement of an Executive Search Firm for City Manager Search A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. WORK SESSION ITEMS Update by North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) Board Members on Regional Drought Status, Capital Projects, Enabling Legislation, Member Water Contracts Presentation of Information from Downtown Stakeholders about Events in Historic Downtown McKinney Discuss Downtown 9-acre Site Parking Discuss and Provide Direction Regarding Short Term Rentals COUNCIL LIAISON UPDATES EXECUTIVE SESSION CITY OF McKINNEY, TEXAS Page 1 City Council Special Meeting Minutes - Final January 25, 2016 In Accordance with the Texas Government Code: A. The motion carried by the following vote.
