Tennessee Street McKinney, TX 75069 EMERGENCY MEETING This emergency meeting is called seeking to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in accordance with Governor Abbott’s Executive Order No. GA-08 of March 19, 2020. The meeting is being called in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and subject to the suspension of certain requirements of said Act as requested by the Office of the Attorney General and approved by Governor Abbott on or about March 16, 2020. CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS (For Non-Public Hearing Agenda Items) If you wish to address the City Council on a posted item on this agenda, please fill out a "Request to Speak" card and present it to the City Secretary before the meeting. Pursuant to Section 551.007 of the Texas Government Code, any person wishing to address the City Council for items listed as public hearings will be recognized when the public hearing is opened. Speakers wishing to address the City Council regarding any non-public hearing item on this agenda shall have a time limit of three (3) minutes per speaker, per agenda item. The Mayor may reduce the speaker time limit uniformly to accommodate the number of speakers or improve meeting efficiency.
