The motion carried by the following vote. Minutes of the Community Grants Advisory Commission Meeting of July 30, 2015 REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on Amendment to 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan A motion was made by Evans, seconded by Board Member Spainhouer,that this Agenda Item be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
