Minutes of the Community Grants Advisory Commission Meeting of November 30, 2016 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Hubbard,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 5/2/2017. REPORTS Update and Board Training on 2017-2018 CDBG Application CDBG and Community Updates REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Public Hearing for Funding Request from Collin County Committee on Aging A motion was made by Board Member Maier, seconded by Thomas,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
