CALL TO ORDER REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider Funding the FY 2017-18 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program A motion was made by Board Member Buettner, seconded by Board Member Maier,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Receive Comments Regarding a Funding Request for Roof Repair Assistance from Collin County Committee on Aging A motion was made by Hubbard, seconded by Board Member Buettner,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
