Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Paige and Kelly Close for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 306 West Davis Street A motion was made by McKissick, seconded by Hubbard,that this Agenda Item be Approved and Finalized . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on the Final Design for the Historic Home Recognition Program Calendar for 2013/2014 .
