Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final May 1, 2014 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEM This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of February 6, 2014 A motion was made by McGraw, seconded by Bailey,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Paul and Susan Matthews for Approval to Receive a Historic Marker for the House Located at 1215 Tucker Street. A motion was made by McGraw, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
