Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final October 2, 2014 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER Oath of Office Election of Chair and Vice-Chair A motion was made by Burton, seconded by Rodriguez,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair Election of Chair and Vice-Chair A motion was made by Rodriguez, seconded by McGraw,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Rodriguez, seconded by Burton,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of August 7, 2014 Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting due back on 10/21/2014 REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Timothy and Elizabeth Bagger for Approval to Receive a Historic Marker for the House Located at 201 North College Street. A motion was made by Rodriguez, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
