THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items

Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting
of October 6, 2016
A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Tom Henderson, for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House
Located at 620 North Church Street.
A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Ball,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Tom Henderson for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 620 North
Church Street.
A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Hammond,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Charles D. & Sharon R. Carter, for Approval of a Historic Marker for
the House Located at 412 West Louisiana Street.
A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Wegner,that this Agenda Item
be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Charles D. and Sharon R. Carter for Approval of a Level 1 Historic
Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House

Timeline for the 2017-2018 Preserve Historic McKinney Home
Recognition Program Calendar.
