Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final April 6, 2017 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Hammond,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of March 2, 2017 This that this Minutes be Approved and Referred by consent roll call END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Robert D & Jan K Barstad, for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 601 North College Street. A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Robert D and Jan K Barstad for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 601 North College Street. A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Hammond,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
