THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE

The motion carried by the following vote.

A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House
Located at 601 North College Street.
A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Hammond,that this Agenda Item
