Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final March 7, 2019 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of February 7, 2019 A motion was made by Ettiene, seconded by Burton,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by James Russell Monroe for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 501 North Church Street A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Ettiene,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by James Russell Monroe for Approval of a Level 1 Tax Exemption for the House Located at 501 North Church Street A motion was made by Ettiene, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. DISCUSSION ITEMS Discuss Historic Home Recognition Calendar and Ideas to Promote the Historic District BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS CITY OF McKINNEY, TEXAS Page 1 Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final March 7, 2019 Board Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences. ADJOURN A motion was made by Burton, seconded by Wegner,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
