THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required

making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.
Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of
March 7, 2019
A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Ettiene,that this Minutes be
Approved to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 6/4/2019. The
motion carried by the following vote.
REGULAR AGENDA
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Chris & Kristen Tovar for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House
Located at 603 North Kentucky Street.
A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Wegner,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Chris & Kirsten Tovar for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 603 North
Kentucky Street.
