PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of
August 1, 2019
A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Wegner,that this Minutes be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Review of McKinney Historic design Standards and Programs Used to
Ensure a Balance between Preservation of Historic Character and
Current Market Needs.
