The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Wall Enterprises of Garland, Texas for the Construction of the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument A motion was made by Warren, seconded by Pelley,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
