Consider/Discuss Prospective Projects and Priorities for Funding
ADJOURN McKINNEY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING
A motion was made by Board Member Doak, seconded by Board Member
Myers,that this be Adjourn . The motion carried by the following vote.

This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required
by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member
making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.
Minutes of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board
Meeting of March 8, 2018
A motion was made by Pelley, seconded by Thomas,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.
REGULAR AGENDA
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council to Authorize
the City Manager to Execute a Change Order to Increase the Contract
Amount with Cooper General Contractors of Plano, Texas for the
Construction of Bonnie Wenk Park Phase II
A motion was made by Delozier, seconded by Nance,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

BOARD, MCDC LIAISON, AND DIRECTOR COMMENTS
Board, MCDC Liaison, and Director Comments relating to items of public interest;
Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition,
commendation of citizens, traffic issues, upcoming meetings, informational update on
City projects, awards, acknowledgments of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests of the
Director for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
