A motion was made by Barnes-Tilley, seconded by Brewer,that this be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
CONSENT ITEMS
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required
by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member
making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.
Minutes of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board
Meeting of April 11, 2019
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Delozier,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.
CITIZEN COMMENTS
BOARD, MCDC LIAISON, AND DIRECTOR COMMENTS
Board, MCDC Liaison, and Director Comments relating to items of public interest;
announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition,
commendation of citizens, traffic issues, upcoming meetings, informational update on
City projects, awards, acknowledgments of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests of the
Director for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.

A motion was made by Butler, seconded by Nance,that this be Approved . The
