Library Advisory Board Agenda Thursday, February 18, 2021 5:00 PM Zoom Teleconference EMERGENCY MEETING to be held via teleconference This agenda posted at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the meeting, in accordance with Texas Government Code 551.045 and under Governor Abbott's emergency provisions modifying the Texas Open Meetings Act. Please note that a quorum of the Board will not all be present at the same location. Members will participate in this meeting from one or more remote locations in an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19. In addition, there may be occasions when the audio and/or video transmission may not be clear or may be interrupted. In those instances, the meeting will continue so long as a quorum is still present. PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. You will be prompted to enter the meeting ID, followed by the # sign. The ID for this meeting is 860 4464 7601 plus the # sign. 3. If the meeting has not already started, you will be prompted to press the # sign to wait. 4. You will be prompted to enter your unique participant ID. This step does not apply to Public Comments, so press the # sign to skip. CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING AGENDA ITEMS Pursuant to Section 551.007 of the Texas Government Code, speakers wishing to address the City Council regarding any non-public hearing item on this agenda shall have a time limit of three (3) minutes per speaker, per agenda item.
