THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE

Minutes of the McKinney Armed Services Memorial Board Meeting of
June 8, 2016
A motion was made by Parker, seconded by Kimball,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.

Discuss the Veterans Day Ceremony of 2016 at the Veterans
Memorial Park in McKinney, Texas
Discuss Brick Paver Fundraising Activities
Discuss the Gold Star Monument at the Veterans Memorial Park in
McKinney, Texas

Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements
regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition,
commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects,

placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
