THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

Minutes of the McKinney Armed Services Memorial Board Meeting of
November 9, 2016
A motion was made by Lodge, seconded by Hudson,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.

Consider/Discuss/Act on Plans for the Memorial Day Ceremony of
2017
Consider/Discuss/Act on the Gold Star Monument Including Plans for
the Future Dedication Ceremony
Consider/Discuss/Act on Additional Names for the Veterans Memorial
Wall

Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements
regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition,

placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
