Minutes of the McKinney Arts Commission Meeting of January 21, 2016 A motion was made by Commissioner Conover, seconded by Brewer,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 5/3/2016. REPORTS McKinney Arts Commission Budget Update REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on the Final Report of McKinney Youth Theatre (2014-2015) A motion was made by Brewer, seconded by Commissioner Conover,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on FY2016 Final Report of the Children’s Chorus of Collin County A motion was made by Brewer, seconded by Doak,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request for Reimbursement of Outreach Grant Funds for Jump Into Art A motion was made by Commissioner Conover, seconded by Brewer,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on Reimbursement Request of $2,500 from MPAC for Juried Art Show Sponsor A motion was made by Brewer, seconded by Commissioner Conover,that this Agenda Item be Approved . Consider/Discuss/Act on Authorization of Additional Funds of $2,250 to Pay for Additional Wall Preparation on the South Wall of the Cadillac Pizza Building for the Public Art Mural A motion was made by Commissioner Conover, seconded by Brewer,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
