Minutes of the McKinney Arts Commission Meeting of October 18, 2018 A motion was made by Nance, seconded by Commissioner Huckaby,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 2/5/2019. REPORTS Budget Update Update on Chestnut Street Garage Mosaic REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on Reimbursement of a $3,000 Outreach Grant for Bluegrass Heritage Foundation A motion was made by Nance, seconded by McEntire,that this Agenda Item be Approved . Consider/Discuss/Act on Outreach Grant Reimbursement Request of $3,000 from Teatro Dallas A motion was made by Nance, seconded by Commissioner Huckaby,that this Agenda Item be Approved . Consider/Discuss/Act on a 2018-2019 Outreach Grant Award of $1,000 for Production of a McKinney Black Community Historic Documentary A motion was made by McEntire, seconded by Commissioner Huckaby,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
