NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CITIZEN COMMENTS CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Consider/Discuss/Act on MCDC 2014-2015 Proposed Budget A motion was made by Smith, seconded by Myers,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
