A motion was made by Clark, seconded by Merritt,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on the Selection of a Brand/Logo for the Southgate
McKinney (Formerly Gateway) Development

In Accordance with the Texas Government Code:
